Using the Klarna App allows you an easy and secure way of managing your orders on your smartphone. Logging in to the online environment of Klarna allows you to view/oversee and manage your invoices on your computer or tablet. Klarna will keep you updated through push notifications and email when an invoice is created and ready to pay for you. In order to approve your request Klarna will do a data check on the information provided in the order. Klarna is using a strict privacy statement. If for whatever reason your order is not approved by Klarna, you will always have the possibility to finalize the order using a different payment method. We do everything possible to ensure quick delivery

Working day orders before 1800 in The Netherlands & Belgium > 48 hours delivery. Rest of Europe > two to three working days

By default, we ship to EU countries only. For free!

Deliveries around holidays may take longer.

We don’t cover return costs. Unless we made a delivery mistake.

Contact us for shipments outside Europe. Deabused can’t be held responsible for any additional costs.

RETURNS

ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. FOR WHATEVER REASON. SURE, YOU CAN CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BUT WE CAN’T ACCEPT RETURNED PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED. PLEASE ENCLOSE ALL ORIGINAL PACKING, PRICE LABELS AND THE RETURN FORM AS WELL.

Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens so you can claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn’t quite go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

01. How can I place my order?
Select your item in our web shop (collection) and follow the steps. After payment, your order is final.

02. To which countries do you ship?
To all EU countries. Contact us for shipping outside Europe.

03. What is the delivery time for my order?
Working day orders before 1800 in The Netherlands & Belgium will be delivered the next day. For the rest of Europe delivery takes two to three working days.

04. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping in EU countries.

05. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a track&trace code in your mailbox.

06. What are the return conditions?

Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. For whatever reason. Sure, you can check your purchase but we can’t accept returned products that are used. You pay for the shipping costs.

07. How can I return my order?
Please enclose all original packing, price labels and the return form.  You take care of return shipping and the costs. We will refund your money as soon as we’ve received the shoes in good order. Please keep your track&trace code and receipts as proof of shipment.

08. How long does a refund take?
Usually we take care of the refund within five working days from receiving the returned goods

09. Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Once you place an order, we immediately start packing and shipping. Therefore you cannot cancel your order. You can always return it if you would like to do so (at your own cost).

10. Can I exchange my shoes for a different model or size?
No. If you would like a different size or model you can place a new order and return the other pair.

11. How can I report a complain?
